Stuart Ross is a boutique salon in the heart of Peckham, offering bespoke cut and colour services, finishing and styling, alongside luxury treatments using eco-friendly products. With a commitment to both exceptional craftsmanship and environmental responsibility, Stuart Ross transforms the salon experience into something refined, intentional, and deeply personal. Our mission was to create a bold, sophisticated brand identity that reflects the salon's dedication to bespoke service and modern luxury while standing apart from the overly ornate or trend-driven aesthetics common in the industry. We needed to visually communicate confidence, precision, and timeless elegance - a brand presence that feels both contemporary and enduring.
We developed a striking, minimal brand identity anchored by a clean, spaced-out sans-serif wordmark that exudes modern sophistication and quiet confidence. The generous letter spacing creates a sense of refinement and breathing room, reflecting the salon's unhurried, attentive approach to each client. Complementing this is an elegant SR monogram crafted in sophisticated serif typography - a mark that feels both classic and distinctive, embodying the salon's commitment to artistry and precision.
The colour palette centres on a rich, deep forest green paired with warm gold accents, creating a luxurious yet grounded aesthetic. The green evokes the salon's commitment to eco-conscious practices while adding depth and modernity, while the gold detailing brings warmth and premium appeal without feeling ostentatious.
