1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products from Studio Blanche Ltd (“Studio Blanche”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through www.blanchestudio.co.uk (the “Website”). Studio Blanche Ltd is registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 14617235) with registered office at 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR. By placing an order or downloading any digital product from our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.
2. Products and Services
2.1 Digital Products Available
We offer the following digital products for purchase:
- Stock photography and images
- Design mockups
- Presentation templates for designers
- Semi-custom brand kits (logo packages customised for each client)
2.2 Custom Design Services
Custom design services (including brand identity, web design, print design, stationery, packaging, and marketing) are governed by separate service agreements and are not covered by these Terms.
2.3 Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free, complete, or current. Digital products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
3. Ordering and Acceptance
3.1 Order Process
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products under these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Products incorrectly priced due to error
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Orders that violate our Terms
3.2 Order Confirmation
Upon placing an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we process your payment and provide you with download access or delivery of the digital product.
3.3 Immediate Download Access
For most digital products, you will receive immediate download access upon payment confirmation. For semi-custom brand kits, delivery will occur following customisation (typically within timeframes communicated at time of purchase).
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Prices
• All prices displayed on the Website are in British Pounds (GBP)
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed
• Prices include VAT where applicable (we are not currently VAT registered)
4.2 Payment Terms
• Full payment is required before order acceptance
• We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and Klarna (for split payment options)
• Payment processing is handled securely through Shopify
• By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:
– The payment information is true, correct, and complete
– You are authorised to use the payment method
– Charges will be honoured by your payment provider
4.3 Payment Plans
Payment plans are available only for custom design services and are governed by separate service agreements, not these Terms.
4.4 Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, even after order confirmation. In such cases, we will notify you and offer the option to complete the purchase at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
5. Delivery
5.1 Digital Product Delivery
- Most digital products are delivered via immediate automated download upon payment confirmation
- You will receive download links via email to the address provided at checkout
- Download links may expire after 30 days from the date of purchase
- You are solely responsible for downloading and saving products within this timeframe
5.2 Your Responsibility to Secure Files
Once you download a digital product, you are entirely responsible for:
- Saving the files to your computer, cloud storage, or backup system
- Maintaining secure backups of downloaded files
- Protecting files from loss, corruption, or deletion
We strongly recommend downloading and backing up all purchased products immediately upon receipt.
5.3 Product Availability and Download Access
- We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or remove any product from our store at any time without notice
- Product removal does not affect licenses already granted for purchased products
- We are under no obligation to maintain download links indefinitely
- After the initial 30-day download period, access to download links is at our sole discretion and may not be available
5.4 Re-Download Requests
Within 30 days of purchase:
If you experience technical issues downloading your product, contact us at contact@blanchestudio.co.uk with your order number. We will provide assistance or resend download links at no charge.
After 30 days from purchase:
- Re-download requests are granted at our sole discretion
- We cannot guarantee that download links will still be available
- We may charge a reasonable administrative fee to provide archived files, if available
- If the product has been discontinued or removed from our store, we may be unable to provide access regardless of your purchase date
5.5 Lost or Deleted Files
We are not responsible for:
- Files lost due to computer failure, hard drive corruption, or user error
- Files deleted accidentally or intentionally by you
- Inability to access files after the 30-day download period expires
- Files corrupted on your device after successful download
You accept all risk for file storage and preservation after download.
5.6 Semi-Custom Brand Kits
- Delivery timelines will be communicated at time of purchase
- You will receive a customisation questionnaire or instructions document to provide design specifications
- Final delivery will be via email with download links
- The same 30-day download window and backup responsibility applies to custom deliverables
- We retain source files for semi-custom brand kits for 90 days after delivery, after which they may be permanently deleted
5.7 Email Delivery Issues
You are responsible for:
- Providing a valid, functioning email address at checkout
- Checking spam/junk folders for delivery emails
- Adding our email domain to your safe sender list to ensure delivery
- Notifying us within 48 hours if you do not receive your download email
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, full mailboxes, spam filters, or email server issues on your end.
5.8 No Physical Products
All products are delivered digitally only. We do not ship physical products or storage media (USB drives, CDs, etc.).
6. Your Right to Cancel
6.1 Standard 14-Day Cancellation Right
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you ordinarily have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.
6.2 Waiver for Digital Content
IMPORTANT: By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- You are requesting immediate access to digital content
- You waive your 14-day cancellation right for digital products
- Once you have downloaded or accessed the digital product, you cannot cancel or obtain a refund
6.3 Exception for Non-Downloaded Products
If you have NOT downloaded or accessed the digital product within the 14-day period, you may cancel and receive a full refund by contacting contact@blanchestudio.co.uk with your order number.
7. Refunds
7.1 No Refunds for Downloaded Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds are provided once you have downloaded or accessed the product. This policy is clearly stated at the point of sale.
7.2 Defective Products
If a digital product is defective, corrupted, or materially different from its description:
- Contact us within 7 days at contact@blanchestudio.co.uk
- Provide evidence of the defect (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
- We will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion
7.3 Technical Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Your inability to download products due to your internet connection or technical setup
- Compatibility issues with your software or devices
- Loss of download links (we can resend within reasonable timeframe)
8. Intellectual Property Rights and Licences
8.1 Ownership
Studio Blanche Ltd retains all intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, and other proprietary rights, in all digital products sold through this Website. Products are licensed, not sold.
8.2 Licence Types
Standard Commercial Licence (Stock Images, Mockups, Presentation Templates) Permitted Uses:
- Use in your own business social media platforms
- Use on your own website
- Use in marketing newsletters and materials
- Use in blog posts
- Use in presentations to clients
- Use in PDF templates
- Showcasing in branding/web/design portfolio projects
Prohibited Uses:
- Reselling or redistributing the digital assets in any form
- Using assets on client websites (clients must purchase their own licence)
- Transferring your licence to any third party
- Creating derivative products for resale
- Claiming ownership of the assets
Important Notes:
- Presentation template purchases do NOT include images, fonts, or placeholder content shown in previews
- Attribution to Studio Blanche is optional but appreciated
Semi-Custom Brand Kit Licence
For semi-custom brand kits only:
- You receive full ownership and copyright of the final customised logo/brand assets
- You may use the brand kit without restriction, including commercial use
- You may trademark the logo
- You may modify the assets as you wish
- Studio Blanche retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials
8.3 Licence Restrictions
• All licences are non-transferable and non-sublicencable
• You may not share, gift, or transfer your licence to another person or entity
• Each user/business must purchase their own licence
• Licences are perpetual (do not expire) unless terminated for breach
8.4 Extended Commercial Licence
An Extended Commercial Licence may be available for certain products, which permits:
- Creating and selling unlimited derivative products (website templates, digital products, social media templates, physical merchandise)
- Use across multiple business accounts
- STILL PROHIBITED: Reselling or distributing raw, unmodified assets
9. Copyright Protection and Enforcement
9.1 Our Copyright
All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, design work, code, and digital products, is protected by UK and international copyright law and is the property of Studio Blanche Ltd.
9.2 Prohibited Actions
You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of our Website content, copy text, or page layouts
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our digital products beyond your licenced uses
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our digital products
- Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary marks

9.3 Enforcement

Other Creative Works: Videos and animations, Audio recordings, Brand guidelines, Design processes and methodologies.
2.2 Trademark Rights
The following are trademarks or unregistered trade marks of Studio Blanche Ltd:
“Studio Blanche” name: Unauthorised use of our trademarks may constitute trademark infringement and unfair competition in violation of UK and international trademark laws.
2.3 Digital Product Ownership
All digital products sold through our Website (stock images, mockups, presentation templates, semi-custom brand kits) contain intellectual property owned or licenced by Studio Blanche Ltd. Purchasing a product grants you a licence to use the product as specified in our Terms and Conditions - it does NOT transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
Exception: Semi-custom brand kits include full copyright transfer upon completion and payment. See Section 7 below.
3. What You CANNOT Do
3.1 Prohibited Uses of Our Website Content
You are expressly PROHIBITED from:
Copying Written Content: Reproducing, copying, or duplicating any text from our Website, Paraphrasing our copy in a way that constitutes substantial similarity, Using our headlines, taglines, or marketing copy, Scraping or extracting text content, Translating our content into other languages without permission.

• Transfer or sublicense your rights to others
4. Enforcement and Consequences
4.1 Active Monitoring
We actively monitor for copyright infringement through: Reverse image searches, Plagiarism detection tools, Website similarity scanners, Manual audits and community reports, Legal monitoring services.
4.2 Actions We Will Take
If we discover unauthorised use of our intellectual property, we will take immediate action, which may include:
Cease and Desist Letters:Formal demand to immediately stop the infringing activity and remove infringing content.
DMCA Takedown Notices: Filing Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) complaints with: Web hosting providers, Domain registrars, Search engines (Google, Bing), Social media platforms, E-commerce platforms (Etsy, Creative Market, etc.)
Licence Termination: Immediate revocation of any licences granted for digital products purchased.
Legal Action: We reserve the right to pursue legal action for: Statutory damages under UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, Actual damages and lost profits, Injunctive relief (court orders to stop infringement), Recovery of legal costs and attorney fees, Criminal prosecution for willful infringement (in serious cases).
Public Disclosure: We may publicly identify infringing parties in our enforcement efforts (on social media, our website, or legal filings).
4.3 No Tolerance Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy for intellectual property theft. Past unauthorised copying of our website content has caused significant harm to our business, and we will vigorously defend our rights.

No response does NOT constitute permission. You must receive explicit written approval before proceeding.
7. Semi-Custom Brand Kits: Copyright Transfer
7.1 Exception to Ownership
For semi-custom brand kits only, upon full payment and delivery: Full copyright ownership of the final customised logo and brand assets transfers to you, You may use, modify, and register trademarks for the brand kit without restriction, You own the intellectual property completely
7.2 Portfolio Rights
Despite copyright transfer, Studio Blanche retains the perpetual, non-exclusive right to: Display the work in our portfolio, Showcase the work on our Website, social media, and marketing materials, Use the work in case studies, presentations, and promotional content, Credit ourselves as the designer. You may not restrict our portfolio use rights.
7.3 Source Files and Process
We retain ownership of: Original design files and source files, Preliminary concepts and rejected designs, Our design process, methodologies, and templates used to create your brand kit.
8. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA)
8.1 If You Believe We’ve Infringed Your Copyright
If you believe content on our Website infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to contact@blanchestudio.co.uk with:
Required Information: 1. Your physical or electronic signature 2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed 3. Identification of the infringing material on our Website (URL or specific location) 4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email) 5. A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised 6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
We will respond promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
8.2 Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter notification with: 1. Your physical or electronic signature 2. Identification of the removed material and its prior location 3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error 4. Your name, address, and consent to jurisdiction in UK courts.
8.3 Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating accounts and access for users who are repeat copyright infringers.
9. User-Generated Content
