The Experience
You'll never have to find an hour for a call
Rebranding while running a business is the hard part, not the design. So there are no meetings, no calls and no diary to juggle. Every stage arrives in your own client portal as a presentation you read whenever it suits you, with a short feedback form beside it. Here's how a project runs, what each phase takes, and where you come in.
What we need from you, and when
How much depends on the project. A brand identity on its own asks less of you than a brand and website together, which has more questionnaires and more rounds to review. What never changes is how it happens: in your portal, in your own time, never on a call.
Every project moves through four phases
What changes between a brand project and a website is the detail inside each one, not the shape.
01
Direction & strategy
We learn the business: your values, your clients, and who you're being compared against. Market and competitor research turns that into a position, and the position into a creative direction. Everything that follows is built on this.
02
Concepts
The first work you'll see, presented in your portal with the thinking behind it. Logo directions, palette, typography, and for a website, full page designs you can click through before anything is built. We show the strongest options and tell you why.
03
Refinements
Refinements, included in every project. We polish the chosen direction and show it applied: stationery, packaging, social, the website itself, so you can see it working rather than sitting on a slide.
04
Handover & launch
Every file, in every format, and full ownership. Brand guidelines so it's used consistently by anyone you work with. For websites: testing across devices, speed, forms and links, then launch and a walkthrough so you can run it yourself. One week of support after you're live.
Everything happens in one place
Every stage arrives as a presentation.
The work, and the thinking behind it, laid out so you can read it at eleven at night if that's when you have the head for it.
Feedback goes in a form, not a blank email.
Specific questions about the decisions that matter, so you always know what we're asking and never have to find the words for a design opinion.
You can see where the project is at any moment.
Which phase, what's next, what's waiting on whom. No chasing, no wondering.
Everything lives there at the end.
Your files don't disappear into an email thread six months later.
