Studio Blanche sells exclusively digital products. We do not ship physical items, and no physical products will be mailed to you. All products are delivered electronically via email and download links. There are no shipping costs, no delivery times, and no physical tracking numbers.
How Digital Delivery Works
Immediate Download Products
Most of our products are available for immediate download upon successful payment:

Semi-custom brand kits require customisation and have a different delivery process:

Step 2: Provide Specifications
Complete the questionnaire with your brand preferences, business information, and design specifications.
Step 3: Customisation Period
Our team will customise your brand kit according to your specifications. Typical turnaround time is 7 business days (specific timeline provided at purchase).
Step 4: Delivery
Once complete, you'll receive an email with download links to your customised brand assets.
Download Link Validity
30-Day Download Window
All download links expire 30 days from the date of purchase.
You must download your products within this 30-day period
After 30 days, download links become inactive and cannot be accessed
You are solely responsible for downloading products before expiration
Why Download Links Expire
Download link expiration protects:
Our server resources and bandwidth
Security of digital products
Prevention of unauthorised sharing of links
Download and backup your files immediately upon receipt. We are not responsible for expired links.
Your Responsibilities
1. Provide Accurate Email Address

Creating multiple backups in different locations
Protecting files from loss, corruption, accidental deletion, or hardware failure
Maintaining access to your files long-term
We strongly recommend:
Downloading immediately upon receipt
Saving to at least 2-3 locations (local + cloud + external backup)
Testing files after download to ensure they're intact

Re-Delivery and Re-Download Requests

After 30 Days from Purchase
Re-download requests after the 30-day period are subject to:
Discretionary Basis: We may provide archived files if available, but we are under no obligation to do so.
Administrative Fee: If we can provide files, a £15 administrative fee may apply to cover time and system resources.
No Guarantee: If products have been discontinued, removed from our store, or deleted from archives, we cannot provide access regardless of when you purchased.
Not Available: For products no longer in our system or discontinued items.
Our Recommendation: Always maintain your own backups to avoid this situation.
What We Are NOT Responsible For
Studio Blanche is not responsible for delivery failures or file issues caused by:

Product Availability and Discontinuation

We do not guarantee perpetual access to download links or file storage. Once the 30-day download window expires, access is at our discretion.
If you do not download and backup your files within 30 days, you may permanently lose access.
