The Sacred Hour Spa is a wellness sanctuary dedicated to helping people reconnect with themselves through therapeutic treatments and mindful self-care rituals. This haven of tranquility isn't just about spa services; it's about creating sacred moments of pause in our increasingly hectic lives.
When Tabitha, the founder of The Sacred Hour, approached us, she was at a pivotal moment. Ready to scale and open a second location, she recognised that her current branding didn't fully capture the transformative experience her spa offered. She needed a brand identity that would confidently carry her vision forward and resonate deeply with both existing clients and new communities.
Our mission was to refresh The Sacred Hour's brand identity in a way that honored its established presence while elevating it to match Tabitha's ambitious vision. We wanted to create a visual language that communicated serenity, professionalism, and the deeply restorative nature of the Sacred Hour experience.
We began by reimagining the brand identity itself, crafting a refreshed look that felt both timeless and contemporary. Every design decision was intentional - from the refined colour palette that evokes luxury, to the typography that balances elegance with approachability. With the brand foundation solidified, we redesigned their digital home. The new website became an extension of the spa experience itself - serene, intuitive, and inviting. We created a space where potential clients could not only learn about services but feel the tranquil atmosphere before even stepping through the door.
Then, we brought this refreshed identity into the physical world. We designed new collateral pieces that elevated every touchpoint: price lists that felt like keepsakes rather than handouts, brochures that told The Sacred Hour's story with beauty and clarity, and printed stationery that reinforced the brand's sophistication. Each piece was crafted to ensure that whether someone was booking online, reading in the waiting room, or receiving a gift certificate, they experienced the same level of thoughtful design and attention to detail that defines The Sacred Hour itself.
