Brand Identity

Creating a strong brand identity is crucial for building brand recognition and connecting with your target audience. Here are four process steps that we follow to guide you through our branding process.

1. CREATIVE DIRECTION

In this initial step, in the first week, we'll establish the Creative Direction for your brand. Define your brand's values, and mission, and conduct market research and competitor analysis. Next, we'll develop a creative brief that outlines the brand's personality, tone, visual aesthetics, and key messaging.

2. FIRST CONCEPTS

After establishing the creative direction, in week two, we'll create initial design concepts. We'll select the strongest concepts and will present them to you. Next, we'll gather feedback and insights to refine the concepts further.

3. REFINEMENTS

Based on the feedback received, we'll refine the brand identity concepts. We'll create mockups of key brand assets, such as logos, color schemes, and typography so you can see how your concept can live out as a full brand.

4. HANDOVER

Once the brand identity concepts are finalised and approved, we'll prepare all the necessary brand assets for implementation. You'll also receive a comprehensive brand style guide that provides clear instructions on how to use and apply the brand identity across various mediums.

Web Design

To build a successful and long-standing business, you will also need an online home. We truly believe that having an intentional and powerful website is a necessity in your business.

1. WEB DIRECTION

The first step is to define the website direction. This involves gathering insights from the client, analysing target audience, and competitors. It's essential to determine the website's purpose, goals, and core features. By the end of this step, we should have a well-defined website roadmap.

2. WEBSITE CONCEPT

This is where we'll develop a design prototype that visually represents the website's structure. These mockups provide a tangible preview of the layout, colour schemes, typography, and navigation. Feedback and revisions play a crucial role in this phase to ensure that the design aligns with the project's goals and your vision. The end result should be an approved design concept that serves as the blueprint for development.

3. WEBSITE DEMO

After you've signed off on the design of the site, we'll start developing it using your chosen platform. This process can take 1-2 weeks depending on the size and complexity of your site. Once the test site is ready, we'll send you a demo link to review everything and see if there are any final changes that need to be made

4. HANDOVER

This step involves thorough testing to ensure that the website functions correctly and is ready for launch. This step also includes the transfer of all project-related assets, documentation, and training, so you can manage and maintain the website effectively. The handover phase marks the successful completion of the project.

Collateral

You can extend your package by adding bespoke stationery, digital assets, or custom packaging  to help your business shine even more.

1. FIRST CONCEPTS

During this phase, we'll create the design concepts based on your brand, objectives, and preferences. You'll be presented with these concepts to gather feedback and determine the direction for the collateral pieces. This step is crucial for aligning the design with your vision.

2. REFINEMENTS

After receiving feedback, we'll proceed to the refinement stage. Here, we'll fine-tune the chosen concepts based on your feedback. This involves adjusting details, making design revisions, and ensuring that the collateral pieces meet all design and branding guidelines.

3. FILE EXPORT

The next step is to prepare the files for production. For print collateral like stationery and packaging, this involves converting the design into high-resolution files suitable for professional printing. For digital assets, the files may be optimised for web use, and different formats and resolutions may be created for various platforms and devices.

4. HANDOVER

This stage involves delivering the prepared design files and assets to you. Along with the files, any necessary instructions or guidelines for using the collateral pieces will be provided. If printing or production is involved, you'll receive recommendations for selecting a suitable print service or manufacturer.
